Hey, I’m Akansha — proud founder of TAUFAA, a curated gifting studio born out of my lifelong obsession with aesthetics, emotions, and that spark of joy when someone opens a gift that just feels like them.
I started my first fashion design studio while still in the second year of my Knitwear Design degree at NIFT Bangalore — creating custom occasion and wedding wear that made celebrations sparkle. That journey continued until the world hit pause during COVID.
Post that, I pursued my Master’s in Fashion Entrepreneurship at RMIT University in Melbourne, followed by a certification in Image Consultancy from IICI Delhi. I then spent two years styling professionally, while also working in fashion, marketing, and sales.
But no matter where I was — in a studio, behind a desk, or styling someone for their big day — one thing stayed constant: I was always curating. Always making people feel seen, special, and celebrated.
TAUFAA isn’t just a business. It’s how I channel stories, memories, and intention into handcrafted magic — whether it’s a baby’s welcome, a wedding’s wow, or a company’s “thank you.”
