Refund & Cancellation Policy

Notice: Daarzy offers digital, software, and coding services that don’t qualify for refunds or returns like physical goods.

At Daarzy, we are committed to providing high-quality web development, SEO, software solutions, and digital services. Since we deal exclusively in digital goods and service-based solutions, our refund and cancellation policy differs from that of physical goods.


1. Nature of Services

  • Our offerings include website development, SEO, hosting support, software solutions, digital refinements, and related services.
  • We do not sell physical goods. Hence, the standard return and refund policies applicable to physical products do not apply here.
  • Once a service or digital deliverable has been accessed, used, downloaded, or delivered, it is deemed consumed/availed and becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Confirmation of Payment & Service Availment

  • After a successful payment, we send a payment confirmation from an official @daarzy.com employee email ID.
  • This confirmation serves as proof that the customer has availed or subscribed to a digital good/service.
  • Any project with live credentials or user access is considered as availed in full and does not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in rare, unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  1. Non-Delivery of Service – If Daarzy fails to initiate or deliver the agreed service within the committed timeline.
  2. Service Mismatch – If a completely different service/product is provided compared to what was explicitly ordered and documented.

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

  • The client has already accessed, downloaded, or used the digital product/service.
  • Work is delayed or halted due to client-side issues (e.g., hosting/server downtime, unavailability of required content, third-party dependency failures).
  • The client changes their mind, cancels the project, or no longer requires the service after it has started.
  • Payments made towards third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, email services, themes, or SEO tools) since these are non-recoverable from vendors.
  • Token money, slot booking, or advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

  • As a service-first company, we provide revisions and refinements until the client is reasonably satisfied, as per the project scope.
  • However, revisions are not a substitute for refunds.

5. Outbound & Third-Party Projects

  • Scope Changes by Client: If a customer changes the scope of an agreed project mid-way, this is treated as a new requirement. The original project stands completed for refund purposes and is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Unethical / Non-Compliant Requests: Any request that is illegal, unethical, or against Indian laws or international compliance standards will result in project termination. In such cases, the project will be marked cancelled by client, and no refund will be issued.
  • Third-Party Payments: Costs paid to third-party vendors (e.g., hosting providers, licensing platforms, domain registrars, plugin/theme providers, SEO tools) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Foreign/International Projects: Projects from outside India are also bound by the same terms and conditions.

6. Communications

For authenticity and dispute resolution, only the following official communication channels shall be considered valid:

Any discussions outside these channels (personal emails, unofficial numbers, or social media) will not be considered valid proof in case of disputes.


7. Chargebacks

  • Any payment disputes or chargebacks raised without prior communication may be treated as a breach of service agreement.
  • We request customers to first contact us at Aarushi@Daarzy.com for resolution before approaching banks or payment gateways.

8. Special Cases

  • If a project is cancelled before work commencement, we may consider a partial refund after deducting administrative or consultation charges.
  • Once work has started, refunds will not be entertained.

Note: All international projects are primarily governed by Indian laws, since Daarzy operates from India.


10. Legal Compliance

  • This Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and is meant to ensure fair practices while recognizing the non-returnable nature of digital goods and services.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent courts in [Udaipur, India].
